When applying for an FCS Financial loan, we require an application and balance sheet. Below are links to our application and balance sheet in Excel or as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. Both versions can be completed on your computer but they need to be printed and signed before using our My Access Plus portal to securely send the documents back to me. Please put my name in the subject line when submitting documents through My Access Plus.

Hi, I’m Chad. Getting to know people is the fun part of my job. As we start the loan application process, I thought I'd share a little about myself and my background.
I grew up on a farm in West Central Iowa near Denison, where we raised grain crops and operated a cow/calf herd.
After graduating from Iowa Lakes Community College with a degree in agriculture, I pursued my Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from Northwest Missouri State University. In 2004, I began my banking career, which lead me to FCS Financial in 2009.
When not working for FCS Financial, you will find me working on my farm near Wilcox, Missouri with my wife, Monica, and three boys, Augustus, William & Tucker.
I’m an Allis Chalmers/Gleaner enthusiast. My hobbies include collecting Allis Chalmers toy tractors, attending threshing bees, farming, crappie fishing and hunting. I am active in several local groups including Nodaway County Farm Bureau & Young Farmers & Ranchers, Knights of Columbus, Pheasants Forever and Duck Unlimited. I am the past president of the Nodaway County United Way and NOCOMO Board.
