I grew up on a diversified farm near Graham, Missouri, where we raised row crops, cattle, and hogs. Along with working on our farm, I also worked for area farmers and operated a custom hay-hauling business.
FFA was a big part of my high school life, along with playing football and basketball.
I am a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in agricultural economics. During my time at Mizzou, I was an active member of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity.
I currently reside near Savannah, with my wife, Lora, and three daughters, Kelsie, Josie & Ellie.
We enjoy spending time as a family and attending all of the girls' activities.
I am an avid hunter and fisherman. I enjoy supporting our local sports teams, especially the Tigers, Chiefs, and Royals.
I believe community involvement is important. I actively support the St. Joseph & Savannah FFA chapters, along with the United Way of Greater St. Joseph.
I joined FCS Financial in 1997 and have worked in 13 counties across northwest Missouri.
With my agriculture background and over 20 years of agriculture lending experience, I am happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I look forward to helping you meet your specific needs.
The patronage program is a cooperative benefit for FCS Financial member-owners. We share our profits with our member-owners in the form of a cash patronage payment. The board of directors votes each year based on the cooperative’s earnings whether to make a patronage declaration. Since the program was implemented in 2006, FCS Financial has returned more than $250 million to our member-owners.
