I didn’t live on a farm but worked for area farmers after school. I’ve always had an interest in agriculture and enjoyed the rural lifestyle. During high school, I was an FFA member and part of the 1st place National FFA Agronomy Team in 2006. In 2010, I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a minor in Ag Business. While in college, I was an active member of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. After graduation, I began working for FCS Financial in the Chillicothe office. I enjoy working with farmers and in rural Missouri. I enjoy fishing for catfish, duck, and goose hunting and I still help the farmers I worked for in high school. # Patronage The patronage program is a cooperative benefit for FCS Financial member-owners. We share our profits with our member-owners in the form of a cash patronage payment. The board of directors votes each year based on the cooperative’s earnings whether to make a patronage declaration. Since the program was implemented in 2006, FCS Financial has returned more than $250 million to our member-owners.
